Earth Day, which annually takes place on April 22, bloomed into an array of events offered in Fredonia on a beautiful Friday afternoon.
Greystone Nature Preserve hosted this event with two campus clubs: FRED Grows and the Planet Division of Enactus to celebrate the Earth.
Greystone had informative tables set up about events they held, such as information on how to be a more Earth-friendly individual and electronic recycling.
Abby Hart represented FRED Grows and gave out beautiful succulents for students to take as well an opportunity to plant some vegetables.
Enactus brought wood pallets for students to paint, which will later be used for wall gardens that will be placed at local restaurants.
The event was complemented with a charcuterie board from Reverie Creamery, an assortment of lawn games and the Greystone mascot, Beanie the dog.
