Editorial: Actually scary things about Fredonia

When you get to be college-aged, you’ve been through a lot in life: puberty, the SAT, etc. It takes more than just a couple ghouls and goblins to scare us. The real horror comes from the things we encounter during everyday adult life in Fredonia.

– Getting caught in the silkworm webs between trees

– The Maytum Hall basement

– Walking from Barker Commons to campus up Temple Street … alone … at night

– The Reed Library tunnel

– Walking back to your room from 9C at night, or anytime really

– Staying on campus when everyone else goes home during breaks

– The price of FSA fruit … or FSA food in general

– Trying to find a parking space no matter how early you arrive before your class

– Midterm grades

– The Sunday before finals week
