This show has a direct purpose of emulating the popular late-night talk shows such as “Saturday Night Live” with satirical humor that focuses on Fredonia student life.

According to Giovanina Vancheri, senior journalism major, “It’s hard to describe ‘The Fred Effect’ because it’s nothing like we’ve ever seen before – we do skits and live content that touches on issues that have been going on in Fredonia lately or things that we just find funny.”

The show creates a funny and relatable way of being a Fredonia student because it’s a unique experience.

“It’s funny, it’s entertaining, it touches on lots of Fredonia topics. We tried to make it reflect the students of Fredonia to the best of our ability,” said Vancheri.
